  • Our Mission

Following the example of Christ, we

Accept children of all faiths while

    Immersing them in the

Truth, Goodness, and Beauty of the
Church as we grow together in

    Holiness

  • Our History

Holy Spirit Catholic School was founded in 1966.  For over 55 years, the school has provided a faith-based education for Catholic and Non-Catholic families in Dickinson, Menominee, Florence, and Marinette Counties.

  • Our Vision

As a diverse, Christ-Centered community, Holy Spirit Catholic School commits to the perfection of academic and spiritual growth. To create experiences that invoke wonder, cultivate expression, and perpetuate the Catholic faith leading students to Truth, Goodness, and Beauty. To facilitate our families’ pursuit of virtue and become an extension of them through acts of service, sincerity, and abundant grace.

  • Why Classical Education?

    • National Catholic Register
  • Classical Curriculum

Our Classical Liberal Arts Curriculum reflects a continuum of learning from Early Childhood through Eighth Grade. The classical curriculum has been developed to exceed national and state standards to correspond to the high expectations set by our parents and teaching staff.

Students are immersed in literature, science, math, writing, grammar, poetry, recitation, art, and music.

  • Philosophy Statement

We believe that fostering all God’s children, immersing them in the richness of our faith, and continuing in their quest for more beauty in their relationship with God, will lead to the greatest happiness in children living in communion with Christ.

We believe that prayer throughout the day, meditation, class masses, weekly school/community masses, daily devotions, chapel, and rosary will create zeal in children for their faith.

We believe that faculty, staff, and community are vital in the formation of students' academic, spiritual, and personal growth.  Our faculty is dedicated and experienced in classical education, learning disabilities, emotional intelligence, and early childhood development.

We believe that all students have the capability to learn when taught in a structured, diversified, and nurturing environment. By modeling and encouraging them to set individual educational goals, they can achieve their maximum academic potential.

We believe that our students and staff, by proclaiming the true beauty of what we have to offer, are evangelizing our community.  Our Parish Family is vital in nurturing these children as they lead and model the selfless acts of giving and service to others.
